Pet Express UAE provides professional pet relocation, import, and export services including documentation assistance, veterinary coordination, travel crate guidance, and airline liaison. All services are subject to applicable laws and regulations in the UAE and the destination country.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your pets and travel plans.
• You must ensure your pet meets all health, vaccination, and documentation requirements for the destination country.
• You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or charges imposed by airlines, customs authorities, or government bodies.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pet Express UAE acts as a facilitator and coordinator. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or issues caused by airlines, government authorities, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

5. Payments and Cancellations

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations must be notified in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. veterinary certificates, airline bookings).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Pet Express UAE and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
