The handling fee is our service charge for the import process as your agent, it includes but is not limited to…
- Quotation, providing information and time spent from initial contact with you and the export agent ensuring that your pet meets the UAE import requirements.
- Providing the Import permit.
- Liaising with the carrying airline and giving approval for import.
PRE-CHECKING THE FOLLOWING
- Vaccinations
- Rabies blood test results (if required)
- Parasite Treatments
- Health Certificate
- Printing and uploading all documents for the import permit process, only when this is all checked and correct we can initiate the release.
- Attending either the free zone or cargo arrival area of the airport and attending 3/4 different areas to clear your pet(s) and delivering to your home.
If you engage us to act on your behalf then we aim to be available for you the whole time to provide whatever information or reassurance you need and ensure your pet is number 1 priority with regards to travel safety and after arrival care and we do not stop until your pet is handed over safely at destination, we are available to all third parties to answer queries and provide solutions to any issues that may arise throughout the process.
