- Quotation
- Providing information and time spent on e-mails and calls to and from the customer ensuring that the vaccinations and how they are recorded in the books meet the importing country requirements.
- Answering all pre departure queries.
- Liaising with carpenter for construction of custom crates or supplier of plastic crates.
- Arranging delivery of the crates (crate delivery is not always possible due to time constraints but we will try to or collection from us can be arranged).
- Booking the flight and liaising with relevant overseas agents for the import handling and ensuring that all landing approval are in place and documents pre-checked to ensure your pet meets the importing country strict requirements.
- Processing and printing the relevant travel documents and uploading those to the Government site for export approval.
- Typing out and providing all labels for the crate, crate preparation for travel, providing iced water bowl, funnel and absorbent pad.
- Making multiple copies of all documents for the relevant departments, having all documentation required at check in already filled in therefore minimising the time your pet is on the loading bay.

What we need from you:
If you haven't already got your own pets travel crate that is suitable, we need your pets measurements to ensure their safety and comfort.
The correct size travel crate is essential. If it is too small, it will compromise your pets' comfort and safety and it could be refused by the airline and if it is too big the flight cost could be unnecessarily high.
For snub-nosed breeds (cats and dogs), crates will need to be two sizes larger than measured as per airline regulations.

All quotes are subject to crate check to ensure measurements taken are correct.
Cats we can usually calculate by breed, whether long or short haired and the cats weight in KG.
